01. Equipment Care

We bring our best gear to every event and we'd love to keep it that way! If any of our instruments, speakers,

or equipment get damaged by your guests, we kindly ask that repairs or replacement costs be covered by you, the Client.

02. How Long We Play

Our standard package includes:

•       Live performance: 3 hours of live band performance

•       Sound system: 5 hours of sound system use from event start

•       Total: Up to5 hours total artist engagement

Want us to stay longer? No problem — just let us know! Overtime rates apply:

Artists & Crew (per head): PHP 500.00 / hour

Sound & Lights: PHP1,000.00 / hour

⚠ Note: Overtime is computed based on your selected package, number of personnel, and equipment setup.

03. Payment

•       A PHP 500 downpayment is needed to lock in your date and promo rate.

•       Your booking is confirmed only once we receive the downpayment — we can't hold a date without it.

•       The remaining balance is due on or before your event day, before we perform.

•       We accept Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer — whatever's most convenient for you!

04. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel:

The downpayment is non-refundable since it reserves your date. A 50% cancellation fee of the total

contract will also apply.

Need to reschedule?

No worries — just check with us on date availability. All payments you've made can be applied to your new date.

If we have to cancel (emergencies happen):

You'll receive a full refund of your downpayment, and we'll do our best to help you find a replacement band.

05. Food & Refreshments

Our band and crew work hard — a little fuel goes a long way! Please provide meals and drinks for everyone.

Meals are best served before we perform or during breaks. We appreciate it!

06. Technical Requirements

To help us deliver our best performance, we need:

•       A safe and suitable stage or performance area

•        A stable and sufficient power supply

•       Your event program / schedule at least 24 hours before the event

⚠ Note: We're not responsible for sound issues caused by unstable power at the venue. If power conditions become unsafe, we may need to pause or stop the show — and no refund can be issued in that case. Please ensure your venue meets the electrical requirements!

07. Outdoor Events

Playing outdoors? Awesome! Please make sure there's a covered or roofed area for the band and equipment.

We love fresh air, but our gear doesn't love rain!

08. Safety & Conduct

Everyone deserves a safe and fun event. If the environment becomes unsafe for the band or guests (e.g., fights, extreme weather, hazardous conditions), we reserve the right to pause or stop the performance without a refund. We hope it never comes to this!

09. Photos & Videos

We love capturing great moments!

We may take photos or short video clips during your event for our social media and portfolio. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in writing before the event — no problem at all!

10. Late Start Policy

We know events can run a little behind — it happens! However, delays on the event side won't extend our agreed performance time. If you'd like extra time, overtime rates will apply.

11. Parking & Equipment Access

We haul a lot of gear to make your event sound amazing! Please provide accessible parking and a safe unloading area close to the venue entrance so setup goes smoothly.

12. Force Majeure

Sometimes life throws curveballs — natural disasters, sudden power outages, or government restrictions. In such cases, ACE BAND won't be held liable for not being able to perform. We'll work with you to reschedule or apply payments to a future booking.

13. Rest Area for Band & Crew

Please provide a comfortable rest area with a table and chairs for up to 8 people. We need a place to recharge between sets so we can keep the energy up all night!

14. Sound System Use

Our sound system is provided as a complimentary service and is reserved exclusively for ACE BAND, the official emcee, and approved jammers. Other bands or third-party performers are not permitted to use it. We want to make sure everything sounds great for your event!

By paying the downpayment or confirming your booking, you agree to all of the above.
